Platinum Park Phase 3 is a 2 tower 50 & 38 storey and forms the Naza Tower and Tabung Haji tower respectively. The  mixed development is located within the residential and commercial area of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and is due for completion in 2014. Phase 3 will be fitted with a Full Vacuum system with 2 load stations very much like the one with Felda Tower. It is estimated that the AWCS system is handling 1 metric ton of waste daily and integrating the AWCS system makes waste disposal easier, efficient and business sense.
