Another of our successful project is the Binjai on The Park project. The Central Waste Handling Facilities (CWHF) is located at the secondary entrance to prevent garbage trucks from accessing the residential area. STREAM systems are fully automated, there is no need for manual labour to empty bins at a regular basis. We offered a flexible design due to space constraints. Our client commitment towards greener building with lower operational costs and highly secured environment has added value to the properties.
