  •  Dato’ Norazharuddin bin Abu Talib is an experienced investment professional with over 35 years of expertise in venture capital, financial management, and corporate advisory. 
  •  He holds an MBA (Finance) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Production and Operational Management) from Southern Illinois University, USA. 
  • He currently serves as Director of Sensoremtek Sdn Bhd, Vice President (Special Projects) at AWC Berhad, and Principal Consultant at ZOHL Consultancy Sdn Bhd, focusing on fundraising, strategic projects, and venture capital advisory. 
  • He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) and Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP), where he led operations, investment strategies, and industry development initiatives. 
  • His venture capital experience includes managing funds of up to RM50 million and leading investment, fundraising, and advisory activities across technology and agro-based sectors. 
  • Earlier in his career, he held senior roles across venture capital, investment management, and banking with organizations including BI Walden Management, CDC Capital Partners, SEACORP Berhad, and Citibank N.A. 
  • He has also contributed to governance and public institutions, including serving on the Board of Trustees of Lembaga Zakat Selangor and participating in national-level councils and advisory panels. 
  • His core competencies include venture capital and private equity, fundraising and investment strategy, financial planning and risk management, and stakeholder engagement within the innovation ecosystem.
