Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes including job vacancy posting, sourcing resume, scheduling interviews, scheduling health screenings for shortlisted candidates, etc.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation & resignation processes.
Assist in managing stamp duty endorsement for employment contracts, service agreements, and other related contracts.
Manage the LHDN registration process for new employees (CP22) and resigned employees (CP22A).
Manage all HR administration matters, including updating employee records, proper maintenance of personnel files, leave management, attendance tracking, etc. Accurate and correct information maintained is important.
Coordinate training programs & manage HRDF portal matters, including grant applications, HRDF claims, and reporting.
Manage employee insurance coverage, including medical, personal accident, and other related coverage. Ensure timely enrolment of new employee and removal of resigned employee, renewal of insurance policies and provide guidance and support to employee for insurance-related claim processes
Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of Malaysian labor law and employment regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for HR documentation and reporting
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle confidential information professionally

To be responsible for execution, planning, coordination, monitoring & commissioning project assigned by the Project Manager.
To attend site meetings relating to the project assigned & prepare progress reports as and when required by the management & client.

To take measurement, check & verify all claims made by contractors undertaking the company's work.

To coordinate & liaise between departments, daily company activities related to project implementation, design, planning, material procurement, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance & service.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in project management working environment.
Independent, pro-active, result oriented and possess technical skills.
Well versed in Microsoft office, Autocad & Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the superior in all the production and manufacturing process plans and fabrication activities plans.
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly according to the technical drawing.
Responsible for performing assembly, testing, and wooden crate's packaging for the components.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE before starting work
Support senior fitters with component preparation and installation tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in production and manufacturing working environments.
Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu
Good to Have:Knowledge in assembly, welding & electrical wiring skills
Responsibilities:
Determining specifications for components to be created based on drawings for mechanical systems.
Measuring and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping and grinding.
To assemble piping and fittings with good knowledge of steel work.
Assembling fabricated components into a larger machine or system.
Complying with operations and safety procedures.
Understanding technical drawings.
Adhering to other overall on-site regulations.
Able to use hand tool for steel work.
To be responsible for the tools, machine and equipment that is related to the welding work and report to the superior if there is any malfunction.
To ensure all work is complete within target time given by the superior.
To ensure necessary precautions are taken and wear appropriate PPE before hot work task.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
SPM or Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
3-5 years of working welding and mechanical fabrication experience.
Good knowledge in oxy-cutting/grinding/etc.
Able to read & write in Bahasa Melayu & English
Experience in piping works would be an added advantage.
Non-executive specialization in welding/piping or equivalent certification.
Willing to work on a contract basis in Klang Valley area.

Responsible for establishing, producing, and documenting all the company’s product/component technical specification documentation.
To assist on site rectification for the component design issue.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in engineering.
Computer literate and competent in Solidwork & Autocad
